Roca River Mara Camp
This family-run Mara Camp is situated on the banks of the lovely Mara River, under the shade of a unique riverine forest, on the outskirts of Paradise Plains. The camp is centrally located in the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, with easy access to both the main reserve and the Mara Triangle. Mobile Expeditions was born out of custom-built, private tented safari camps, which can be put up in remote spots around Kenya.
This Mara Camp was designed in the spirit of the old safari days, with a focus on reconnecting guests with nature and the environment around while surrounded by bird cries and animal sounds. Ross, Caro, and the team will host and guide guests in this secluded wilderness, ensuring that they leave with remarkable and long-lasting memories of this precious corner of Africa. The camp consists of 10 spacious ensuite tents with flush toilets, hot showers on request, 24 hour solar power, and lovely decor. Roca River Mara Camp wonderfully mixes comfort and charm, and it is provided with all of the 'essential comforts', such as white linen, braided carpets, and handcrafted furniture. Guests can also reserve the campout exclusively, subject to availability.
