With only eight safari tents, Ehlane Plains Camp is an eco-friendly and luxurious safari camp. Located in the game rich eastern Serengeti, this area also has low tourist numbers due to its remoteness. Game viewing is excellent all year round with resident lion prides, cheetah coalitions and more. Combined with spectacular views from all angles, Ehlane Plains Camp is a fantastic experience.

Ehlane Plains Camp Activities
Ehlane Plains is on a remote and unspoilt part of the eastern Serengeti. Twice daily game drives are conducted by experienced Masai guides. Guests can enjoy a hot air balloon ride at daybreak and walking safaris are enjoyed from camp. The camp closes for April and May, due to the long rainy season. For the rest of the year, the camp is open and welcoming guests to view the teaming plains, with resident lion prides, leopards, hyena and more. Herds of wildebeest come through here annually and the camp is within driving distance to the wildebeest migration for most of the year.
