Premier Safari to Botswana and Victoria Falls

Days 1 to 3 - Jao Camp , Okavango Delta

You will arrive at Maun airport to start your epic Premier Botswana & Victoria Falls Safari, where you will be met by a Wilderness Safaris representative and assisted to a light aircraft for a flight to Jao Camp in the Okavango Delta for 2 nights on a fully inclusive basis plus There is a plethora of activities to enjoy at Jao Camp, from open 4x4 day and night game drives, mokoro trips, motorised boating excursions as well as walking safaris.

Jao Camp is on a remote island in the Okavango Delta and has 5 luxurious tents and two ultra-luxe villas, open plan in design and individually handcrafted with vintage-style fittings and a sala for afternoon siestas. The main areas encompass the views with a plunge pool, library, gym and a spa with a wide range of massage therapies.

Days 3 to 5 - Mombo Camp , Moremi Game Reserve

After breakfast and morning activities, you will fly to Mombo Camp near the north of Chief’s Island for 2 nights on a fully inclusive basis. Widley recognised as one of the finest safari camps in Africa, Mombo Camp is home to someof the best game viewing in Botswana! Activities at Mombo Camp include open 4x4 game drives with a qualified ranger and tracker.

Mombo Camp is world-renowned for offering the best big game viewing in Africa, situated on the northern edge of Chief's Island; the largest landmass in the Okavango Delta. The area offers huge numbers and variety of large mammals all year round. Mombo Camp has been at the centre of a pioneering rhino conservation programme to reintroduce both black and white rhino to Botswana.

8 luxury canvas tents and 1 family unit are opulent and tastefully decorated are elevated high off the ground and connected with walkways. Each tent opens onto a private deck with spectacular views of the Okavango Delta. The main area at Mombo is also elevated to allow space for wildlife to wander below.

Days 5 to 7 - Zarafa Camp , Selinda Concession

From Mombo you will say good bye to the Okavango Delta and fly to the private Selinda Concession and the exquisite Zarafa Camp for 2 nights on a fully inclusive. In this game rich reserve the focus is on early morning and later afternoon into evening game drives to track the lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs and many more species that make Selinda their home.

Zarafa Camp is situated in the eastern sector of the Selinda Reserve overlooking the beautiful Zibadianja Lagoon. The extensive views from each and every part of the camp over the floodplains are truly magnificent. With only 4 enormous tents, you are guaranteed an intimate and exclusive safari experience. Each tent has Swarovski binoculars, a Nikon Telescope and a Canon DSLR camera to use while staying at Zarafa. The tents have gas fireplaces in the lounge area and the large en suite bathrooms have claw-foot tubs and outdoor showers. Your private deck area has a plunge pool which overlooks the bush.

Days 7 to 9 - Mpala Jena , Victoria Falls

After breakfast and your last morning safari you will fly to the Kasane Airport where you will be met and transferred by road over the border and to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. You will spend 2 nights at the brand new Mpala Jena Camp in the Zambezi National Park, the latest camp in the Great Plains Conservation family. Activities at Mpala Jena include game drives in the National Park in search of elephants, lions giraffe and more and boat activities on the Zambezi River search for birds and hippos and other animals that come down to drink. You can also include a Tour of the Falls, Helicopter Flips and other activities at Victoria Falls to your package.

Your tents at Mpala Jena are on the banks of the Zambezi River. Each luxury tent has Moroccan touches with a large ensuite bathrooms. The private decks have a plunge pool and overlook the Zambezi River.

Day 7 - Depart back to Victoria Falls Airport

After breakfast and morning activities, you are transferred by road to Victoria Falls airport in time for your onward travel arrangements.
