Thornybush Saseka Tented Camp Game Viewing and Activities
The 14000-hectare Thornybush Private Reserve shares fenceless boards with the Kruger National Park. Home to an abundance of species, including the Big Five, 114 reptiles, 507 birds, 49 fish, 34 amphibians and 336 trees. Game drives take place in an open safari vehicles in the morning, afternoon and evening, accompanied by highly skilled rangers and trackers who are knowledgeable about the bush. At times, guests are invited out of the vehicle to see tracks, examine plants and follow animal spoors. Nocturnal wildlife, including owls, leopard and badgers, can be spotted in the reserve while on an evening game drive. On return to the lodge guests can enjoy a 3 course dinner, either in the boma, bush or in the comfort of their suite.
