Pestana Inhaca Lodge is located on Inhaca Island, at the entrance of Maputo Bay, in the south of Mozambique. Although small, this island has great tourism value due to its beautiful coral reefs and gorgeous beaches. The entire island is protected as a natural reserve, along with the nearby Portuguese Island. The hotel in Inhaca is located on the beach, amidst colonies of coconut trees and lush tropical vegetation. It is known for its marvelous gardens, warm hospitality and delicious food. Although it’s almost linked by land, it can be accessed by boat, depending on the option between 1 to 2 hours, or a light plane that takes 15 minutes. It’s about 30 km across from Maputo, the capital city of Mozambique.
