Madikwe Hills Private Game Lodge Description
Madikwe Hills Private Game Lodge consists of 10 glass fronted suites with en-suite facilities, mosquito netting, overhead fans and air-conditioning, a private veranda and plunge pool. For the energetic guest, Madikwe Hills offers a fully equipped gym and health spa, for the businessman, internet connection. Children of all ages are most welcome and are accommodated with their own game activities and where needed, Nannies can be arranged to baby sit. Breakfasts can be served on the deck. The ultimate in luxury and privacy is the Presidential Suite known as Little Madikwe Hills with its own private Landover and game ranger, as well as a personal butler to take care of your every need! A well-stocked wine cellar, gourmet kitchen and entertainment centre complete the picture. Two additional standard suites can also be reserved to form a completely private camp, which accommodates up to 8 guests. Mouth-watering cuisine is created by a personal chef in the gourmet kitchen of the Presidential Suite.

Madikwe Game Reserve is South Africa's second largest game reserve and home to an incredible array of wildlife. The species that populate Madikwe include lion, leopard, black rhino and white rhino as well as large herds of elephant and buffalo. The rare African wild dog, cheetah, spotted and brown hyena, giraffe, zebra and numerous antelope species also roam the reserve. Over 340 bird species also make their home in Madikwe which sprawls across richly varied eco-zones, from rocky peaks, across open grasslands, to verdant valleys, each zone with its own distinctive inhabitants. Experienced rangers will accompany guests on all game drives and guided bush walks.
