Rekero Camp Game Viewing

The Masai Mara National Reserve occupies a 320 sq kilometre chunk of the famous Serengeti plains in Kenya and is inhabited by many of Africa's popular wild animals. Lions, cheetah, leopard, elephant, black rhino and hippos can be found roaming the famous rolling grasslands. There are over 500 resident birds in the park including lark, ostrich, sunbird and 57 species of birds of prey. It is also the place for one of nature's best spectacles, the Great Migration. Each year thousands of wildebeest and zebra cross the crocodile infested waters in order to reach for fertile grazing in the Masai Mara. Kongoni, topi, Thompson's gazelle, waterbuck, hyena and the primates can also be found roaming the Masai Mara.
