Onguma Kala Camp
The elite Onguma Camp Kala is a brand-new resort in Namibia's renowned Etosha National Park's eastern bordering private Onguma Nature Reserve. The centre tower of the camp, which is conical and covered in mud plaster and was inspired by the local termite mounds, mixes in perfectly with its natural surroundings. For the best viewing of a busy waterhole that draws game from kilometres away, the entire camp is elevated on stilts.
Only four suites with thatched roofs and air conditioning are connected to the central lounge via walkways, ensuring maximum comfort. Each spacious suite features a unique double vanity, bathtub, and shower, as well as twin or king-sized beds. The private terrace outside includes its own loungers, plunge pool, and wood-fired hot tub, while the inner living space features a personal bar that is fully supplied. Each room has an own covered "Sala" with a daybed where guests can view wildlife during the day or "sleep out" under the stars at night. There is a cosy lounge, a cocktail bar, and a sizable deck in the main guest area. An interactive, open-concept "show" kitchen and a 24-hour pantry are both located in the eating area. Unquestionably, Camp Kala's ground-level photography hide, which provides a unique viewpoint of all the waterhole activity, is a highlight. A yoga deck, spa, and gym are also available.

There is a range of activities available at Camp Kala. Visitors can take part in morning and afternoon game drives in Etosha as well as instructive bush walks in the Onguma Nature Reserve. The Onkolo Hide and the must-do Dream Cruiser sleep out are also a must aswell as taking some personal time out to enjoy the gym facilities and yoga classes.
