Koro River Camp

Koro River Camp

Together with Koro Island site, Koro River Camp is the only site in the Tuli that is tucked snugly into the leafy, undeveloped banks of the Limpopo River. Call it "re-souling" because there is an untamed air about the cosy camp that acts as a catalyst for overcoming barriers, introspection, and relaxation. In a secluded area of our enormous and rugged Tuli concession in Botswana, Koro River Camp is positioned on the most beautiful, shaded, and uninhabited bank of the Limpopo River.

The main tent's central living and dining area, which overlooks the Limpopo River, provides a cool and friendly introduction to our camp. The service area includes an interior lounge with a tent, a covered eating deck, and a sunken sitting space. Our bonfire and open-air boma are perfect places to prepare meals and host after-dinner stories and drinks. A smaller, private, tented chill-out area is a cosy place to unwind and read, while a riverside open-air spa pavilion offers reviving massages and facials. The camp's food factory, "Kgomotso's Kitchen," is named after our seasoned safari chef and makes excellent brunches, high teas, and exquisite 3-course dinners of distinction. On a wooden deck, seven exquisitely furnished boutique canvas tented suites are built above ground. Each one has a tented bedroom suite with the typical Out of Africa aesthetic. You will get a private plunge pool, an outdoor shower, and a separate bathroom suite with a shower and a bathtub.
