Xugana Island Lodge is situated on a private concession overlooking the beautiful Xugana Lagoon in the Okavango Delta. The area is known to be one of the most magnificent permanent water sites in the Delta. The camp is remote and offers a private safari experience with breathtaking views and sunsets over the lagoon.

Xugana Island Lodge Description
Xugana Island Lodge consists of 8 reed and thatch chalets with en-suite facilities and showers. Each chalet has a private sundeck. The lodge can accommodate a total of only 16 guests. The lodge has an open boma and outdoor dining area. The lounge, bar and dining areas are set back under the Ebony and African Mangosteen tree canopy in open sided thatched areas. The swimming pool, located amongst the gardens, in the centre of the island is a perfect place to relax.
Xugana Island Lodge Game Viewing
Xugana Island Lodge borders the Moremi Wildlife Reserve and offers a diverse habitat that includes an incredible variety of animals, with possible sightings of wild dog, cheetah and leopard. Guests can expect to see lion, elephant, buffalo, hippo, giraffe, hyena, zebra, kudu, red lechwe, sable and roan antelope and many more. Bird watching is excellent year round. The lagoons are home to bream, catfish and the fighting tiger-fish and the Xugana Lagoon offers magnificent African sunsets. Activities focus on offering guests a water experience and professional and knowledgeable guides will accompany guests on all game activities.

Jacana Camp
Jacana Camp is a true water based camp located in the Jao Concession of the Okavango Delta. Guests can visit Jacana at any time of the year and still experience a true Okavango Delta experience. The camp is built on the edge of a lagoon, and the camp offers a full range of game viewing activities.
Xigera Camp
Xigera Camp is located just outside the borders of the Moremi Game Reserve within the Okavango Delta. It is a classic water based camp and a bird lovers paradise. Guests can avail of a full range of safari activities year round due to Xigera being in a permanent water based location.
Delta Camp
Delta Camp is a superb water based camp located just south of Chiefs Island. The camp is rustic and comfortable and game activities offered are bush walks on Chiefs Island and mokoro activities through the Delta's crystal clear waterways.
Camp Okavango
Camp Okavango is a comfortable and affordable Delta camp located in a private concession. The camp focuses on walks on the islands and mokoro and boating activities. No game drives are offered. It is a classic Delta Camp and therefore has superb year round birding opportunities.
