Selinda Camp Introduction
Selinda Camp is a small luxurious tented camp located in the 320,000 acre (135,000 hectares) private Selinda Reserve. The Selinda Reserve is fortunate in that it is the only reserve that includes both the Okavango Delta in the west and the Linyanti waterways in the east. Selinda Camp offers guests luxury and privacy and magnificent views in one of Botswana’s most incredible wildlife concessions.

Selinda Camp Description
Selinda Camp offers only nine luxurious guest tents with en-suite facilities, hence ensuring a private and personal safari experience. Flowing mosquito nets add a romantic feel to the rooms and ceiling fans combined with roof vents cool the living space. Writing desks are available and the tents are decorated with lounge furniture collected from around Africa. The en-suite bathrooms are spacious with large stone baths and antique showers as well as double vanity basins. Sliding doors allow for privacy or create an open-air bathroom feel as well. A large private veranda offers magnificent views of the surrounding area. The main living area is under cool thatch and is raised off the ground and offers spectacular views over the floodplains. There is a spacious lounge and dining area as well as a raised outdoor dining deck for evening meals under the stars!

The Selinda Reserve is known as one of Botswana's best wildlife 'concessions' or private reserves that offer all the privacy that Botswana is known for. The reserve follows the course of the Selinda Spillway as it connects the Okavango to the Linyanti / Kwando river systems. It is a river that can flow in two directions, depending on where the water levels are the highest. Guests can enjoy wildlife viewing at a level that Chobe National Park is famous for, however without the crowds and without the rules and regulations that are needed in areas of high tourism density. The emphasis at Selinda is on personalizing activities for each day, there is no set routine or regime here. Wildlife and nature drives are conducted in the early morning and evening by expert resident guides in rugged open 4x4 Toyota Land-cruisers with removable canvas roof tops. The hides at Selinda are a highlight, where guests can enjoy siesta time at an elevated hide overlooking a waterway, watching the passing wildlife. Guests will return to camp after dark with a spotlight so that they can enjoy the nocturnal wildlife. Short walks from camp are also an option with fully qualified guides. Walks can be pre-booked if guests want this activity guaranteed.

Savuti Camp
Savuti Camp is located on the banks of the Savuti Channel. Guests are able to watch wildlife from the comfort of the camp, or even from their own private decks. The Savuti is well known in Botswana for some incredible wildlife.
Lebala Camp
Kwando Lebala Camp is located to the north of the Okavango Delta in a private concession. The camp offers all the traditional safari activities and offers an exceptional wildlife experience.
DumaTau Camp
DumaTau Camp offers an excellent safari experience in the Savuti/Linyanti area. The camp is well appointed and perfect for families. Guests can expect to see large herds of elephants.
Lagoon Camp
Kwando Lagoon Camp is situated on the shady banks of the Kwando River. The camp is small and intimate and is in a pristine, private wildlife concession. The camp is famous for its wilddog sightings.
