Client Feedback : Kruger Bushveld and Lowveld

Natasha’s clients enjoyed a safari in the Greater Kruger and explored the surrounding areas of the Kruger. An overnight in Johannesburg was part of the journey, and her guests spent time exploring the breathtaking Blyde River Canyon in conjunction with the bushveld. Natasha’s guests explored both the Lowveld and the bushveld regions; and indulged in the splendour of their surrounds. Not only did they track the big 5, but they also enjoyed the natural scenery of the Panoramic Route. They stayed at Peermont Metcourt Hotel, Chacma Bush Camp, Nsala Safari Camp, Oliver’s Restaurant & Lodge, and Perry’s Bridge Hollow Boutique Hotel.   Here is their feedback :  Dear  Natasha! Thank you very much for organizing  the first part of our trip , it was great and wonderful. Both  Camps, Chacma  and Nsala were very special, friendly people and amazing experience, we felt very much spoiled . Especially beautiful was the tour alongside the panoramic route, wow, unforgettable. We got  more and more addicted to this lovely part of the world. All the best for you and thank you so much . Client Feedback : Simbavati Hilltop and Klaserie Sands River Camp

Natasha’s clients stayed at Simbavati Hilltop Lodge in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve and at the Klaserie Sands River Camp. Both camps offer contrasting experiences, which afforded Natasha’s guests the opportunity to experience two unique safaris in the Greater Kruger. Hi Natasha I want to tell you how wonderful our trip was, once we all got together and got on the plane! We were all so very pleased with both camps and enjoyed the differences between the two. Our accommodations were excellent as were the staff and the food. I can see why the Hilltop is a favourite of yours. The view was outstanding and our room was down by the river with a lovely deck on which to rest and watch the wildlife. Klaserie Sands River Camp had a more rustic and isolated feel that was every bit as wonderful and the two were a good mix. We saw so many animals, the big 5, the wild dogs, baby animals and had the opportunity to observe the animals in their own environment as they socialized, ate and travelled together. Our son and daughter in law had a wonderful time as well. I am certain they would agree with our assessment. I will send you a few pictures of some of our highlights. Please don’t hesitate to recommend either of these lodges to your clients. I’m sure they would love them as much as we did. I also want to thank you for the great job you did making this become a reality and for your follow up with us. I would also be happy to recommend your services to any of my friends. With great appreciation, Brenda, Jeff, Justin and...

Client Feedback : Arathusa Safari Lodge

Natasha’s clients stayed at Arathusa Safari Lodge in the Sabi Sand, and had nothing but good things to say about their Kruger safari. The lodge overlooks an active waterhole, and is an intimate lodge that offers a personal experience. The Sabi Sand is home to the big 5 and is the premier reserve in South Africa. Arathusa is a popular choice of lodge in the Sabi Sand. Here is the client feedback :  Hi Natasha, We just landed back home safe and sound. Just wanted to reach out to say THANK YOU for planning the trip so meticulously well, it all played out so smoothly and effortlessly. The lodge was great, and we saw tons of wildlife, including a rare glance of lions on the hunt devouring an Impala! Thanks also for being so responsive, helpful, and always cheerful! Best wishes, Max and the family  ...

Client Feedback : Exploring East Africa’s Highglights

Natasha arranged the perfect East Africa safari experience, and her guests loved her recommendations. They spent time in Nairobi at the centrally located Eka Hotel, close to the Nairobi National Park, Karen Blixen museum and many other main attractions. They also stayed at Rekoro Camp, which is close to the game-rich Mara River. And from there they moved to Savari Camp, a remote camp located in the vast expanse of the northern Serengeti region. Of course, no trip to East Africa would be complete without a stay at andBeyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge located on the edge of an escarpment on the Great Rift Valley. Karen and Steve Galbraith also stayed at the Highlands and the Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport Hotel. Here is their feedback and images : Hi Natasha, We have been meaning to let you know how our trip went. We had the most wonderful time and saw all we wanted to see and then some.  The service was beyond our expectations and we are truly grateful for your expertise in arranging everything. We will definitely recommend Sun Safari to all of our friends and in particular your service. Thank you so much. Karen and Steve PS  I attached some pics.  Hope you get...

Client Feedback : nThambo Tree Camp in the Greater Kruger

Natasha’s clients enjoyed a big five safari in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, and they stayed at nThambo Tree Camp. nThambo comprises 5 individual wooden chalets on raised stilts overlooking the surrounding wilderness. The camp is located in the heart of big 5 territory, and guests enjoy consistent sightings of big game.  Here is their feedback, coupled with a few of their own images: Hi Natasha, Thanks for your email.  We had a fabulous time (despite our flight there getting cancelled) and haven’t stopped talking about nThambo Tree Camp since we came home, recommending it to everyone and anyone who will listen. Please find attached my favourite photos of the trip. Many thanks for helping to arrange our fantastic holiday. All the best Andy Our images taken by Em Gatland...

Client Feedback : Cape Winelands, Kruger and Cape Town

Natasha’s clients, Kate and Richard Tynan, enjoyed the best of the bushveld, Cape Winelands, and the ever-enigmatic Cape Town. When not spotting the big five, Kate and Richard were sampling the wines of Cape Town and enjoying a few splendid vistas of the Mother City. They also enjoyed an overnight stay in Johannesburg, which was yet another enjoyable stay. Natasha’s choice of hotels suited her client’s budget and personality perfectly. Her guests stayed the Cape Town Hollow Hotel, Franschhoek Country House, Honeyguide Khoka Moya Camp, Chacma Bush Camp and the Peech Boutique Hotel. Here is their feedback : Hi Natasha, We had the most amazing trip, but suffering from major post-holiday blues today! Thank you so much for booking really wonderful hotels and lodges. I could not fault a single thing – we were so sad leaving each and every one of them. The Cape Town Hollow Hotel was ideally located for us. We didn’t rent a car immediately and instead used either Ubers or the red city sightseeing bus to get around. When we eventually rented a car we headed down to see the penguins and on to the Cape of Good Hope. Absolutely gorgeous scenery. We then drove to Franschhoek, which is just gorgeous. The hotel was perfect – we had an incredible room overlooking the 2 outdoor pools and managed to sample a lot of wine using the tram! I wish we had booked for another night here, it didn’t seem long enough. At the first safari camp (Honeyguide) we were the only people there for the first night so managed to have 2 private drives before other guests arrived. We had the most brilliant time and managed to see the big 5 within our first day 🙂 Chacma Bush Camp was incredible – the accommodation in a villa, the food, the staff were so friendly and so knowledgeable. I loved how Chacma was a small camp and we only had a maximum of 5 others which made meal times and drives more enjoyable. The Peech Hotel in Johannesburg was another gem. We were so tired after the early starts on safari that we didn’t make it into the city but really enjoyed relaxing by the pool on our last day. It was the perfect end to an amazing holiday. All the transfers worked out perfectly and made things so easy. I honestly could not fault a single thing. It was the most fantastic holiday and I cannot thank you enough for your help. We are definitely big fans of South Africa now and are looking forward to returning in the not too distant future – I will...

Client Feedback : Namibia Desert Dreaming

Michelle crafted the perfect Nambian desert safari for her guests, and its seems she exceeded their expectations. We had two sets of feedback – one from Wim, and then his daughter Carole. They stayed at Little Kulala in Sossusvlei,  situated deep within the Namib Desert, the oldest desert in the world. Combined with their stay at Little Kulala, they also enjoyed a true desert safari experience at Onguma Tented Camp, Mowani Mountain Camp and Swakopmund Guest House.  Wim’s Feedback : Dear Michelle, I am sorry for our late reply! We have been very busy since we got back from Namibia… We’ve spent a wonderful holiday in Namibia. Personally, I found the Sossusvlei with Death Valley one of the highlights. Also, a safari near Etosha, where we ended up between a group of elephants, was memorable. Namibia is such a beautiful country, the many landscapes are unforgettable. In the attachment, you will find some pictures. The camps were super, with Little Kulala being my favourite. I would forget Swakopmund on the next visit to Namibia. Not really a top destination, certainly not for 2 nights. We will leave a review on the website you referred to. Thank you again for the wonderful travel trip you have put together for us. We are already looking forward to the next one! Kind regards, Wim Carole’s feedback :  Hi Michelle, I totally agree with my father’s opinion. Namibia was sooo beautiful! The game was a little bit different then Tanzania, but the views were incomparable. We loved Little Kulala: the warm winds, desolate landscapes, beautiful dunes,… It was so impressive! I personally found the Etosha lodge a little bit less, as the staff were very shy and did not really create an atmosphere. I later found out that this hotel group barely employs women, which I found a little regrettable. However, the tents and the swimming pool were absolutely beautiful and we even saw a leopard at evening drinking at the pool A little practical suggestion: we did not succeed in following the D2865 until Namutoni gate. We missed a turn, so we ended up at the D3028. Maybe the turn could be stated more clearly in the route description? it’s just a suggestion As my father says: we are already looking forward to our next trip Kind regards,...
