Natasha’s clients were so impressed with their Kruger safari that they’re looking to explore further safari options in Botswana. Their recent safari holiday included a trip to Umlani Bush Camp in the the Timbavati Game Reserve and nThambo Tree Camp in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve.

Dear Natasha
Just home from our safaris in South Africa – Timbavati and Klaserie. Just had such an amazing time and incredible animal sightings. Thank you for all your help with organisation of the two different places. It was def good to be at two different places and our animal sightings and experiences were different at each which was excellent.
I am so sad to have left and have never left a holiday and cried! In my dream I’d love to think I could go back to Africa – to a different country and stay in a lodge ( similar to the Umlani one where it was very family run, small and very experienced and knowledgeable Rangers)
Love to be in a place where we could see more lion prides as although we were lucky and grateful to have seen lionesses we did not see the male lion on this trip. Our leopard sightings were out of this world so too all the other animals. We were very lucky.
Someone suggested Botswana to us – Chobe or Okavango delta – maybe they re out of our price range though!
We would be looking at this in a few years time – but we’d need to save. It would just be my husband and I as children would be adults by then! What time of year would you suggest – we have holidays in July and also in Dec/Jan. A break in April and another September.
Which time of year is the best time? Can you make some suggestions that would make our experience different in a way and worth a trip back to Africa.
