Late last year we featured the Tinga Concession in the Kruger National Park. The concession is home to the grand and spacious Tinga Legends Lodge as well as Tinga Narina Lodge, which is perched amongst a canopy of 100 year old trees overlooking the Sabie River.
To these top class safari lodges, they have added Tinga Tinyeleti Tree House. It is the perfect hideaway to capture the vastness and splendour of the African landscape, and the view of the Sabie River stretches for as far as the eye can see. The tree house is a secure and lavish platform under the African stars, and offers all the comforts that a guest can experience at a five star safari lodge. Just before sunset guests are taken to the tree house where sundowner drinks and a delicious dinner awaits them. The evening can be enjoyed relaxing and absorbing the silent beauty of the bushveld as it transforms from day to night. Guests are collected the next morning by the rangers after experiencing a Big Five game area safe and secure in the tantalising Tinga Tree House.
The Tinga Lodges are located in a private concession in the Kruger National Park. The lodges are all easily accessible via self drive from Johannesburg, or a scheduled flight to Nelspruit and then a quick road transfer. Alternatively guests can light air transfer into Skukuza Airport (from JHB) where they will be met by the rangers in open 4 x 4 Landrover and transported to the lodge via a short game drive.
