Camp Description

Taita Falcon offers a unique and intimate bush experience with 7 spacious en-suite chalets tucked away in native bush, each with its own private garden a scene of Rustic Luxury! Double, single, twin and family rooms are available. Situated in a natural bush environment, the lodge affords both privacy & comfort. The gardens around the lodge are a colourful blend of indigenous plants with the abundance of bird life, including Vereaux (Black) Eagles, Peregrine Falcons, & the lodge's namesake, the rare & beautiful Taita Falcon. Taita Falcon Lodge is stunningly perched 200m above the Zambezi River downstream of the Victoria Falls. (11km by road from the actual Falls).

Activities

Activities include: bird watching, guided bush walks, short hikes, cultural village tours, visits to the Victoria Falls & Sunset Game Viewing Cruise.The lodge arrranges additional activities such as white water rafting, scenic flights over the falls, elephant back or river boat safaris, abseiling, bungi jumping all which can be arrange by the Taita Falcon Lodge.
