Vundu Tented Camp Description
Vundu Tented Camp offers traditional walk-in tents with en-suite facilities, flush toilets and hot bucket showers. The camp facilities are basic yet comfortable and offer guests an authentic safari experience. The camp is situated in a grove of riverine trees along the banks of the Zambezi River. The dinning room is situated on a patch of sand underneath the branches of a tamarind tree, just a few feet away from the river. The camp offers gourmet meals prepared by a talented chef accompanied by fine wines.
Vundu Tented Camp Game Viewing
Mana Pools National Park is a World Heritage site renowned to offer some of the best game viewing in Africa. This park is famous for offering some of the best walking and canoe safaris. Close up encounters with wildlife are frequent and recommended for the more adventurous guest. The park is situated in the North of Zimbabwe on the Zambezi River and consists of 450 square km of diverse vegetation and teeming with wild life. Guests can expect to see elephant, buffalo, lion, wild dog, eland, kudu, waterbuck as well as a multitude of general game including over 350 species of birds.
