Zambezi Kulefu Camp Description


Zambezi Kulefu Camp offers seven spacious chalets in a magnificent riverbank setting. Facilities include twin or double beds, mosquito nets, en-suite facilities and spectacular views of the famous Zambezi River. The central lounge and dining area at Kulefu are housed in two Bedouin style tents. Teak furniture and natural fabrics have been used to decorate the camp and offers a traditional and luxurious feel. Kulefu also has a swimming pool and teak deck overlooking the river. In the evenings guests can enjoy drinks around the fire on the banks of the river. Batteries can be charged by generator and lights in the evening are supplied by 220 volt inverter. Traditional paraffin lamps are used to light up the pathways and tent entrances in the camp.


Zambezi Kulefu Camp Game Viewing and Activities


Zambezi Kulefu Camp offers fantastic game viewing opportunities. Guests can explore the magnificent Lower Zambezi National Park and a variety of activities are available. Guests can expect to see elephants, lion, hippo, wild dog, aardvark, serval, honey badger and leopard. Activities include game drives accompanied by experienced and professionally guides, night drives give guest the opportunity to see the nocturnal species come alive at night, day and night game drives take place in open 4x4 vehicles. Guests can also enjoy walking safaris conducted by a professional guide and an armed national parks scout. Other activities available include motorised boat trips, fishing opportunities as well as canoeing excursions.
