Stanley Safari Lodge Description
Stanley Safari Lodge is small and offers only 10 rooms. Every room offers a view of the spray of the Victoria Falls, the Zambezi River as well as magnificent sunsets. Four of the rooms are suites, each offering a private plunge pool with a deck or terrace, a lounge area, a bedroom and a bathroom with bath and separate shower. The Honeymoon Suite and Family Suite are open suites maximizing the views. The Livingstone Suite and Stanley Suite are closed suites with elegant colonial décor of a bygone era. There are 6 cottages in total and all cottages offer a bath and shower with luxury amenities. From the deck or terrace guests can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Zambezi Valley. Meals are a feast at Stanley Safari Lodge and served in the dining area.

The Stanley Safari Lodge offers a variety of activities in the Livingstone area as well as Victoria Falls town. Guests can enjoy activities including a trip to Victoria Falls across the gorge or from Livingstone Island, helicopter trips or microlight flights over the Falls are available, morning and sunset river cruises, a canoe trip or white water rafting for the adrenalin seekers, known to be some of the best rafting trips in the world. Other options include bungee jumping, gorge swinging or abseiling as well as game drives in the nearby Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park in Zambia, Chobe National Park in Botswana or Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe, day trips can be arranged as well as Elephant back safaris or a walk with lions can be arranged.
