Xigera Camp is situated on an island in the centre of the beautiful Okavango Delta. The camp offers permanent water all year round and offers guests an authentic water wilderness experience. The camp is remote and private and promises a safari experience like no other.

Xigera Camp Description
Xigera Camp (pronounced Keejera) consists of ten luxury tented rooms each offering en-suite facilities and an outdoor shower. Raised on wooden platforms and walkways, each tent offers magnificent views of the seasonal floodplain and lagoon. Meals are superb and evening drinks are enjoyed in the lounge, pub and dining area or under the stars in a traditional African boma. The camp also has a small plunge pool.
Xigera Camp Game Viewing
Xigera offers excellent birding. Pel's Fishing Owl, Wattled Crane, African Skimmers, Slaty Egret, Rufousbellied Heron, Swamp Boubou and a host of eagles, vultures and raptors will keep the bird enthusiast fully occupied. The rare Sitatunga antelope are at their highest density in the Okavango in the Xigera area. The wooden foot bridge, which connects this island to the next, is often used by Lion and Leopard to move between islands. When water levels permit, game drives are available. During a high flood, driving is possible from late September to April. The quiet waterways offer perfect mokoro opportunities. Boating is also available as well as guided nature walks.
Kwetsani Camp
Kwetsani Camp is a luxury safari camp located in the Jao Concession of the Okavango Delta. The camp overlooks a beautiful floodplain. Guests are often treated to wonderful game viewing from the comfort of their decks as wildlife roams freely in front of camp.
Jacana Camp
Jacana Camp is a true water based camp located in the Jao Concession of the Okavango Delta. Guests can visit Jacana at any time of the year and still experience a true Okavango Delta experience. The camp is built on the edge of a lagoon, and the camp offers a full range of game viewing activities.
Tubu Tree Camp
Tubu Tree Camp is located in the western part of the Delta in the excellent Jao Concession. The camp is a small intimate option, and has the best bar in all of the Delta! The camp overlooks a floodplain and is renowned for excellent year round game viewing.
Little Vumbura
Little Vumbura is one of the Delta's best safari camps. Located in the northern part of the Okavango Delta the camps offers an excellent year round safari experience. Sleeping only 12 guests in six suites, the camp is perfect for guests seeking a small and intimate camp.
