Nxabega Okavango Safari Camp is situated on the border of the Okavango Delta in an exclusive wildlife concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve. Nxabega means “Place of the Giraffe” and the camp is perfectly positioned to explore the magnificent Okavango Delta. Nxabega offers a combination of water and land activities in an area known to offer exceptional game viewing.
Nxabega Safari Camp consists of 9 elegant safari tents with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The tents have been built on raised wooden platforms; have en-suite bathrooms with a shower and flush toilet, a private game-viewing deck, a swimming pool with expansive deck, a gift shop and central outside dining and fireside facilities. The main area of Nxabega consists of a stylish living and dining area, made from timber and thatch overlooking the floodplain. Guests can enjoy delicious bush picnics in surprise settings, breakfast in bed, lamp lit cocktails on a river island, or a walking safari with a tasty picnic on route.
The area around Nxabega has five distinct habitats which support an incredible diversity of wildlife including, large herds of elephant, endangered African wild dog, resident rare Pel’s fishing owls, semi-aquatic red lechwe antelope as well as exceptional bird and plant life, including impressive baobab, leadwood and sausage trees. Guests can also expect to see buffalo, lion prides, cheetah and leopard. Herds of red lechwe favour the edges of floodplains, often feeding in the company of tsessebe. Hippos reside in deeper channels and lagoons. Honey badgers are observed during daylight hours. Roan and sable antelope favour taller grass in open woodlands while the sitatunga keep to dense papyrus beds. Families of dwarf and banded mongoose occupy large termite mounds. Noisy epaulette fruit bats sip nectar from baobab and sausage tree blooms and feast on ripe figs. The bird life at Nxabega is prolific and almost 350 species have been recorded.

Jacana Camp is a true water based camp located in the Jao Concession of the Okavango Delta. Guests can visit Jacana at any time of the year and still experience a true Okavango Delta experience. The camp is built on the edge of a lagoon, and the camp offers a full range of game viewing activities.

Tubu Tree Camp is located in the western part of the Delta in the excellent Jao Concession. The camp is a small intimate option, and has the best bar in all of the Delta! The camp overlooks a floodplain and is renowned for excellent year round game viewing.

Sandibe is situated close to the Moremi in a game rich area. Sandibe’s prime location between permanent water and the open plains offers guests a wide range of wildlife-related activities and water-based adventures.
