Porini Rhino Camp is located in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, between the foothills of the Aberdares and the snow capped Mount Kenya. The combination of amazing wildlife and breathtaking views across the Ol Pejeta Conservancy guarantees an unforgettable safari experience.

Camp Description

Porini Rhino Camp is situated in a secluded valley and set among shady acacia trees on the banks of a seasonal river. The camp comprises of six spacious en-suite guest tents. Each camp also enjoys stunning views of the surrounding area.

Porini Rhino Camp is very environmentally friendly with solar powered lighting and no generator.

Game Viewing

Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a 90,000 acre conservancy in the foothills of Mount Kenya which incorporates Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary. This is the only place to see chimpanzees in Kenya. The conservancy is also home to the endangered black and white rhino, elephant, lion leopard, buffalo, Grevy's zebra and Thompson's gazelle. Cheetah, giraffe, black-back jackals, ostrich, Grant's gazelle, baboons, waterbuck, oryx, eland and several bird species can also be spotted on game drives around the conservancy.
