Nkorho Bush Lodge is situated in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve
and shares an unfenced border with Kruger National Park. An African
jewel, with a diverse abundance of wildlife including the big five,
wild dog and cheetah. Nkorho Bush Lodge is set in a comfortable
environment and offers a true safari experience "extraordinaire"

Camp Description
The lodge offers a true bushveld experience 'extraordinaire'. The
lodge, consisting of six chalets, is well established and situated
in a typical African bushveld setting. Filled with vibrancy and
a sense of freedom guests can enjoy an hearty breakfast under a
thatched deck overlooking an open plain. Dinner is enjoyed around
an open fire in a typical leadwood boma. Afternoon is relaxation
time whilst pondering your mornings experience in the wild. Cool
off from the African sun in a unique rock pool. As the day closes
you are lured towards the African bushveld to feel the thrill as
the nocturnal animals rule the night.
Game Viewing
Lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, rhino, cheetah, hippo and crocodile
plus a multitude of general game and over 450 bird species may be
viewed from the comfort and safety of the open game drive vehicle.
The professional armed rangers and trackers conduct all game drives
and walks ensuring that rare birds species and the more fascinating
fauna and flora are not overlooked - emphasising your appreciation
of the complete wilderness experience. The safari's depart just
after sunrise each day in an open fully equipped vehicle. Tracking
Africa's big game, the evening safari leaves after you have enjoyed
afternoon tea and continues into the night after sundowners at a
panoramic viewpoint. The evening holds a sense of anticipation as
the rare and elusive nocturnal species begin their night activities.
You will return restored and rejuvenated - having absorbed the magical
energy and spiritual presence inherent to the bush - a natural "tonic"
that everyone should experience on a regular basis.
