Introduction
Ngong House is a luxurious private home situated in the Karen/Langata area of Nairobi. The lodge overlooks the Ngong Hills which is only a few minutes away from what used to be Karen Blixen's coffee farm.
Camp Description
Ngong House can accommodate up to 24 people in its luxurious Tree-houses. Each tree-house is comfortably designed with some comprising of two levels with bedrooms upstairs and living areas on the lower floor. Large four-poster beds grace the bedroom area, with crisp cotton bed linen and feather pillows. Ngong House has 5 tree houses, a private cottage facing the swimming pool, a log cabin and a suite in the main house. The houses are raised 15 feet from the ground to gain an uninterrupted view of the Ngong Hills.
Dining at Ngong House is a delicious feast of the senses. The meals are prepared and served by large varieties of fresh local produce. Their Kenyan chefs have been specially trained by several visiting chefs from Belgium. Breakfast and lunch are served under the garden's acacia trees. Dinner is served in a half open thatched rondavel with a grand fireplace.

Child Policy
The accommodation is unsuitable for those who find stairs difficult to negotiate and is therefore not appropriate for small children.

To/From Nairobi: It is a 40 minute drive from Nairobi's International Airport, a 15 minute drive from Wilson airport (where all fly safaris depart from) and 20 minutes from the city centre.
