Game Viewing
The Lebombo concession is one of the most pristine wild territories in Africa. The area is renowned for the big five, lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino and abundant antelope and birdlife as well as an incredible diversity of smaller animals. Game drives and guided bush walks are lead by expert rangers and trackers and game drives are done on private roads in open Land Rovers. Game drives go out in the early morning and late afternoons. The guides will share their extensive knowledge and work closely with the Shangaan trackers to get the best sightings. Wildlife talks and displays are also on offer. Rangers generally have a special field of interest and are keen to give talks on their chosen subject. Talks are also given on the culture of the local communities. The rangers have set up a small museum in their office and guests are encouraged to wander through and discuss the exhibits.
