Introduction

Located on the banks of the Luangwa River, the lodge overlooks the Wafwa Oxbow Lagoon. This provides guests with game sightings directly from the lodge.

The Lodges gentle but exquisite dcor fuses vibrant earth tones and raw materials. Palm stalks, indigenous timber, thatch and red earthen plaster create a strikingly elegant yet warm atmosphere.

Camp Description

The Luangwa River Lodge consists of just five Chalets thus catering for no more than 10 guests at any one time. The chalets are individually named; Mwala, Mazi, Merzi, Moto and Ziko and all feature unique decorative themes.

Game Viewing

Game Drives came be enjoyed in Open Top 4x4 game vehicles during the day and then night drives are done, where you can visit Mfuwes night life.
