This luxury 6 night safari offers phenomenal game viewing, in small intimate camps in the remote parts of the Okavango Delta and the Savuti Channel in the private Linyanti region. Guests will have the opportunity to experience an area famed for intense clashes between lion prides and buffalo herds as well as spectacular world renowned elephant viewing. Activities will be accompanied by expert guides and include game drives, night drives and guided bush walks.

Itinerary

Maun/Maun Packge

Day 1 & 2 & 3: - Okavango Delta

On arrival at Maun airport, guests will be met by a representative and assisted to their light aircraft transfer to Duba Plains Camp for 3 nights. Activities at Duba concentrate mainly on game drives, night drives and guided walks.

Duba Plains is one of the Okavango Delta's most remote camps and is located in the furthermost reaches of the Okavango Delta in a very private reserve of 30,000 hectares.Duba Plains is small and intimate, accommodating only twelve people. The wildlife at Duba Plains is fascinating. As the vast open grasslands are often isolated from the mainland by deep waterways, the variety of animals is not as high as in other areas within the Okavango.

Day 4 & 5 & 6: - Linyanti Wildlife Reserve

Guests will be transferred by light aircraft to Savuti Camp where they will be staying for 3 nights. The emphasis at Savuti is on game drives, night drives and guided walks.

Savuti Camp is situated in the southern part of the Linyanti Wildlife Reserve in Northern Botswana. It is built along the Savuti Channel and can accommodate eight guests at a time. Accommodation is in five large comfortable walk~in tents with en suite facilities. Each tent has its own bathroom with a shower, handbasin and flush toilet. Game concentrations here are high, especially in our winter months. Besides your normal plains game, the area has good concentrations of Roan, Sable and Giraffe. All the predators occur in the area ~ Lion, Leopard, Cheetah and Wild Dog.

Day 7: - Maun

Today guests will take a road transfer back to Maun airport in time for their onward travel arrangements. End of services.
