4 DAY WILD IN THE KRUGER

Itinerary
Day 1 - Johannesburg to Tribal Village
Depart from Johannesburg at 06:00 en-route to the Mpumalanga Province.
We ascend the Drakensburg Escarpment where we visit scenic attractions
like God's Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes and the Blyde River Canyon.
We spend tonight at a Shangaan Tribal Village, enjoying an exciting
evening of tribal dancing, singing and tasting of traditional African
food. We overnight in the traditional huts.(D)
Day 2 - Kruger National Park
We depart the tribal village and make our way to the world-renowned
Kruger National Park. After breakfast we board an open safari vehicle
and depart on a game drive making our way to our unfenced tented
bush camp. This camp is situated in the heart of the African bush,
where the "BIG 5" and other animals roam freely. We arrive
at our camp in time to freshen up and relax before heading2 out
on an evening game drive. We experience the nocturnal activities
of the African bush.(B L D)
Day 3 - Kruger National Park
At sunrise we venture out on an early morning game drive. After
brunch we continue our game drive through the park, making our way
back to camp for an afternoon siesta. We then head out on an exciting
afternoon/evening game drive in search of those animals that have
eluded us so far. We return to camp and enjoy dinner around the
campfire.(B L D)
Day 4 - Kruger National Park to Johannesburg
We depart on an early morning Big 5 game walk, experiencing Africa's
wilderness on foot. Bush walks are guided by experienced and armed
rangers and places a major emphasis on exploring natures finer details.
We depart for Johannesburg arriving in the late afternoon.(B)
Transport and Equipment
The vehicles we make use of range from semi-luxury microbuses,
safari trucks to open 4x4 Land Cruisers. The Safari Trucks have
been custom designed to give the optimum in space, comfort and reliability.
They have been specially constructed with large opening windows
and viewing hatches to ensure the best possible photographic and
game viewing opportunities. All vehicles carry a comprehensive medical
kit and a complete set of tools. They follow a strict maintenance
plan and are all fully certified by the South African Transport
Board and carry the necessary transport permits and insurances.
We provide all camping and cooking equipment and all equipment
is checked and maintained on a regular basis, thus adding to a smooth
running tour. Sleeping bags are available to hire if needed.
Accommodation while on Safari
Whether it is a 5 star Game Lodge or camping wild in the Kruger
Park, we ensure that your comfort is top priority at all times.
Accommodation on safari varies according to the chosen itinerary
and ranges from luxury en-suite chalets, rustic bungalows and traditional
tribal huts to spacious two person canvas dome tents with fitted
ground sheets and built in mosquito nets. We also provide comfortable
mattresses on all our camping safaris.
