Kapani Lodge South Luangwa National Park Zambia
Introduction
Kapani is an exclusive, private camp situated on the banks of one of the many ox-bow lagoons in the South Luangwa. It accommodates just twenty guests and is open throughout the year.
Camp Description
Each of the eight standard suites has its own lounge. Our two Lagoon Houses are even more spacious with private views and elegant furnishings.
The camp is on mains electricity and offers most modern facilities. A thatched building in the centre of the camp houses the lounge and library. It is pleasantly cool in the hot weather and warm and cosy in the cooler months with an open fire. The bar and dining area is set on a deck overlooking the Kapani Lagoon.

Game Viewing
Kapani Lodge has very good guides, and South Luangwa allows some off-road driving and night drives. The leopard population in the Mfuwe area of the park is very high and the general game here is relaxed and plentiful, from elephants and buffalo to lion and giraffe.
