This safari explores three contrasting areas in the Okavango and Linyanti and finishes with a night in Victoria Falls. Departures are daily. All accommodation, the twice daily game activities at the camps, all inter-camp transfers by air and the road transfer from Kasane to Victoria Falls are included. The safari can be run in either direction, for any duration to suit individual requirements.

Itinerary

Maun/Maun Packge

Day 1 & 2 & 3: - Okavango Delta

On arrival at Maun airport, guests will be met by a representative and assisted to their light aircraft transfer to/ Vumbura Plains Camp where they will be staying for 3 nights. Vumbura offers both land as well as water activities and include, game drives, guided walks, mokoro rides, boating, birding, fishing as well as night drives.

Vumbura Plains (pronounced Vumbera) Camp is a luxury camp situated to the north of Mombo, in a private concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve in the extreme north of the Okavango Delta.Vumbura Plains overlooks a vast, attractive floodplain and the rooms are built under the shade of cool and shady trees. Vumbura Plains has both the wetland and savannah species of wildlife - Red Lechwe, Waterbuck, Hippos, Crocodiles, as well as Sable, Kudu, Wildebeest and Tsessebe, who roam the open plains.

Day 4 & 5 & 6: - Linyanti Wildlife Reserve

After breakfast and morning activities, guests will be transferred by light aircraft to Kings Pool Camp where they will be staying for 3 nights. Activities focus on game drives, night drives, guided walks, boating and fishing.

Kings Pool Camp is located in the Linyanti Wildlife Reserve, bordering on the western boundary of Chobe National Park in Northern Botswana.Accommodation is in ten tented rooms with well~appointed, private bathrooms. Each room is built on a raised deck with wonderful views onto the Kings Pool Lagoon and its wildlife.The area is most noted for its very large Elephant populations, which can reach enormous densities in the winter months. Impala, Lechwe, Kudu, Zebra, Giraffe, Sitatunga, Sable, Roan, Waterbuck, Buffalo, Bushbuck and the smaller antelope are all found here.

Day 7: - Maun

Today guests will be transferred by light aircraft back to Maun airport in time for their onward travel arrangements. End of services.
