Facilities in the rooms include air-conditioning and heating, a colour TV, video channel, radio, telephone, bath, shower, electric shaver plug (220 volts AC, 50 cycles), hairdryers, refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities, room service, safety deposit boxes as well as mini-bars. The Kalahari Sands Wellness Centre is located on the roof-level of the hotel and the facility offers a variety of wellness and therapeutic treatments and services. The International Business Centre is located on the first floor of the hotel. It offers privacy and all the necessary facilities. It is equipped with telefax, personal computers and printers.
