Nairobi Tented Camp is a traditional tented camp and is designed to have a minimal impact on the local environment. All waste water in the camp is out through a Biobox treatment, where waste water is filtered through a system, which creates clean water, safe enough to pour onto the ground. All other solid waste products are taken to the company compound to be separated for recycling and safe disposal. No wood is cut or used in the park, all wood comes from commercial sustainable sources and not from the forest itself. The camp is fully mobile, reducing its carbon footprint.

Nairobi Tented Camp Activities
Game drives in a 4x4 Safari vehicle offer guests the chance to see a wide range of animals and birdlife. Animals to see on game drives include lion, giraffe, buffalo and leopard. Backgammon games might be enjoyed or a good read can be found from one of the many books in the library. As the day cools, an evening game drive takes places. This is the perfect opportunity to catch the moment when a lion decides to prey. Return back to the camp where guests sit around the campfire and exchange stories.
