Itinerary

Livingstone/Maun Package

Day 1 & 2: - Livingstone

On arrival at Livingstone airport, guests will be met by a representative and assisted to their road transfer to River Club for 2 nights. River Club is a peaceful and tranquil hide-away situated on the banks of the Zambezi River. Activities here include bird watching, boating, canoeing, game drives, elephant activities, fishing, guided walks and horse riding.

The River Club is situated on the Zambian side of the Zambezi River, 18 kilometres upstream from Victoria Falls. It faces westward into the sunset and onto the Zambezi National Park on the opposite side of the river.Ten luxury thatched chalets accommodate a maximum of 20 people. The rooms overlook the Zambezi River, and have en suite facilities including a bath, shower, toilet and basin.Although The River Club is not a game lodge, the Zambezi National Park is located just across the river, and Lion calls can often be heard at night.

Day 3 & 4 & 5: - Linyanti Wildlife Reserve

Today guests are transferred by road back to Kasane airport where they will clear customs. From Kasane they will take a light aircraft transfer to Savuti Camp where they will stay for 3 nights. Situated within a private reserve, Savuti offers an intimate and exclusive wildlife experience. Activities focus on game drives as well as guided walks with night drives being a highlight.

Savuti Camp is situated in the southern part of the Linyanti Wildlife Reserve in Northern Botswana. It is built along the Savuti Channel and can accommodate eight guests at a time.Accommodation is in five large comfortable walk~in tents with en suite facilities. Game concentrations here are high, especially in our winter months.

Day 6 & 7 & 8: - Okavango Delta

After breakfast and morning activities, guests will be transferred by light aircraft to Little Vumbura Camp where they will stay for 3 nights. Situated on a beautiful island in a private reserve overlooking a network of waterways, Little Vumbura promises both a romantic and adventurous safari experience. Activities at Little Vumbura focus on game drives, guided walks, mokoro rides as well as boating.

The focus at Little Vumbura is slightly more on the water activities than at Vumbura as the camp is surrounded by water. This camp is also closer to the permanent waters of the big, fast~flowing rivers.Attractive palms give the island a wonderful tropical feel and bring the Elephants onto the island, especially towards the end of winter. Each tent is large and roomy and has en suite facilities, as well as an outside shower for those who want to be even closer to nature. On game drives we often see more Sable than we do Impala. Herds of Buffalo and Elephant occur here, along with the predators ~ Lion, Leopard, Wild Dog and Cheetah.

Day 9: Maun

Today guests will be transferred by light aircraft back to Maun airport in time to connect with their onward travel arrangements. End of services.
