Honeyguide Client Feedback by Liselle Raath#

Hi Liselle,

I really enjoyed the safari -- I found Honeyguide to be very professional, clean, with wonderful food, and with a very attractive price. I will be sending people from my area back there. For most of the safari, because of the ebbs and flows of customers, I had basically a private safari, with my own spotter and ranger. They were environmentally sensitive without being obnoxious, and they were very knowledgeable.

Best,

Chuck

Nottens Bush Camp Client Feedback by Renate Groenewald#

Brett and Renate,

Sorry for the delay in coming back to you following my parents' holiday, but I wanted to thank you for arranging the trip. My parents enjoyed themselves immensely, they commented how well all the arrangements went, how helpful and courteous your staff and drivers were and how high was the quality of all the venues they recommended. They also rated the itinerary that we agreed together. I'd also like to thank you personally for the organisation, the straightforward and honest pricing and your repeated indulgences of my changes and requests. A really good service - my parents said they couldn't fault it and they can find fault with most things! I will be sure to recommend you to others.

Very best regards,

Simon

Umlani Feedback by Liselle Raath#

Liselle,

Please give yourself and the others on the staff a big hug. Our journey was splendid. Your efforts to put together a good part of our experience was 100% on track; absolutely everything occurred as planned without any hitch. It was beyond my expectations, and my spouse, F-J just could not believe that the itinerary you and I put together was flawless.

Our experience at Umlani camp was "over the top". The staff was outstanding, the food was delicious, the accommodations were exactly as I anticipated. Umlani was the perfect introduction to South Africa and Kruger Park. The game drives, the number of mammals and birds recorded was beyond my highest expectations. But the real plus, unanticipated by us, were the other wonderful people using the camp exactly as we were. Families from Denmark, Switzerland, Holland, Autralia, and even Colorado (USA) just made the experience so much more enjoyable.

Yes, we saw the Big 5 with ease. But being greeted with a herd of elephants in camp as we arrived was near the top. Of course, being 2 meters from a male lion was a tad close, but then seeing a native bicycle by on the near by road as we observed 3 male lions, and watch all 3 lions eye this biker, had all of us holding our breathe, including our spotter and guide. We then spent a week at Sabi River Sun, in Hazyview. There was a culture shock as we changed from primitive to resort living, but we survived, then went on to have a spectacular week. Again, it was our neighbors in other units that made the experience so incredible.

Would we return? I sure hope we get the chance to see more of your splendid country. We only touched a tiny corner, so a lot more is awaiting future exploration.

Again, thank you, Liselle. And if you ever decide to visit our country, I hope we could be a stop along your route.

Client Feedback by Liselle Raath - Kwa Mbili Lodge#

Hey Liselle,

Everything was fantastic ! The staff is really nice, friendly and helpful, the food is great as well and the service impecable. The tent is lovely. The drives are well organised and amazing. I almost saw the big 5 :) Missed the leopard but I know the rest of the group did see him so technically I did too :)

I would definitely recommend, both your agency and the Kwa Mbili lodge !

Thanks again!

Magali

Client Feedback by Liselle Raath - Londolozi Founders Camp#

Hi Liselle,

The trip was fantastic - we did see the big 5, including plenty of leopards and two lion sightings (which are now quite rare in londolozi as the pride of lion tend to stick on the Mala Mala side). But the accommodation was great and we saw plenty of game which was amazing to see in their natural habitat.

Many thanks,

Dominic

Client Feedback by Liselle Raath - 4 Day Kruger Walking Safari #

Liselle

yes, really enjoyed the trip - the amenities at Timbavati we better than Klaserie but the latter was a better location. Our guides, Jo and Tom were great - mix in well and were very knowledgeable. I would suggest you add "Beanie" to the gear list. On two nights it was very cold, especially night spotlighting. Another idea is "soap" although there is hand soap you do need body soap for showers. Towels are supplied.

Although I had them, advise clients to take some "mini-gaiters" - It is very dusty and twiggy under foot and this will prevent stones etc getting into your shoes - you don't need boots - good trail runners are ok. Hope this helps.

The trip was great value for money - thanks for your efficient co ordination.

Cheers Rob

Botswana & Namibia Safari Client Feedback - by Brett Thomson#

Dear Brett,

I cannot tell you what a wonderful time we had in Aafrica! It was an outstanding trip and the camps were to die for (Camp Okuti went above and beyond and gave us the honeymoon suite and prepared a candlelight dinner for us) - AND even though it was a bit toasty with the temps at 110 and the fans didn't quite cool things down during siesta time at night it cooled off enough to sleep!

All our transfers were great, we had a couple where the time was off by a half hour -- but everything seemed to to work out. Thanks again and we hope to make our next trip to Kkenya and tanzania.
