This safari offers guests the opportunity to explore the Victoria Falls and Mana Pools areas. This is the ideal safari for guests who enjoy adventure activities and want to get close to nature; white water rafting, river cruises, canoeing as well as boating on the beautiful Zambezi River are activities guests can enjoy. Ruckomechi Camp is a photographer's paradise. The area is renowned for large numbers of elephant, buffalo and hippo. All game activities will be accompanied by expert guides, sharing their knowledge with guests.

Victoria Falls/Victoria Falls Package

2 nights Ilala Lodge & 3 nights Ruckomechi Camp

Day 1 & 2: Victoria Falls

On arrival at Victoria Falls airport, guests will be met by a representative and transferred by road to Ilala Lodge where they will stay for 2 nights on a bed and breakfast basis.

The hotel is ideally situated and is the closest to the Victoria Falls as well as the town centre. The National Park borders the front of property and wild animals often graze on the hotel lawns with the spray of the falls in the background.

Day 3 & 4 & 5: Mana Pools

After breakfast guests will be met and transferred by road back to Victoria Falls airport in time for their light aircraft transfer to Ruckomechi Camp where they will stay for 3 nights. Activities include game drives and guided bush walks with expert guides.

Ruckomechi camp is situated on the western boundary of Mana Pools National Park in Northeast Zimbabwe. It has a private concession area around the camp. It is the sister camp to Chikwenya and is situated in a large grove of acacia and mahogany trees overlooking the Zambezi River.

Day 6: Victoria Falls

After breakfast and morning activities, guests are transferred by light aircraft back to Victoria Falls airport in time for their onward travel arrangements.
